As an online retailer specializing in imported Tractor Music System, we would like to inform you of our policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges. Please read the following information carefully before making a purchase. 

Replace-only candition non working/damage

Replacement- Allow in after deliverd 7 days

Refunds -  Due to the nature of our business and the costs involved in importing Tractor , we do not offer refunds. Each order is imported individually from international Raju Music manufacturers. Hence, once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered as a confirmed order. We encourage customers to double-check their orders and ensure accurate Sound and if needed to, get in touch with our customer support for Sound assistance before making a purchase.

Returns -  We do not accept returns for any reason other than a defective or damaged product. If you receive a music system that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Please note that our team also has images of the raju music taken before being packed to make sure any deliberate damage or misuse of the policy, post delivery. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution accordingly.

Exchanges - Since our music system are imported according to your order and sourced from various suppliers internationally we cannot offer exchanges. It is important to review the sound quality provided on our website and select the appropriate sound before placing an order. Please get in touch with our customer support for raju music assistance.

(Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging,To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase)
